How often have you gone for a walk and felt like you were going farther and farther, but then you realized that you were just going around the block? And how often have you felt like you were running for your life, but then you realized that you were just jogging?
The best way to know the distance you have walked or jogged is to use a step counter. And the best way to track your steps is to use the built-in sensor on your phone. If you don't have a built-in sensor, then you can use the GPS sensor on your phone. The step counter app will then use the sensor to count your steps.
If you want to get the most accurate step count, then you should use the GPS sensor. However, if you don't have a GPS sensor, then you can use the built-in sensor on your phone.
Step Counter will also tell you how far you have walked or jogged today, how many calories you have burned, and how many steps you have walked or jogged per day.
Step Counter is a free app. You don't need to pay to use it.
